I have definitely stayed in more expensive places, but I'm not sure that I have ever stayed somewhere that felt as luxurious and with such great personal service. When I checked in and realized that the mini-bar was included and there was a whole floor for lounging with drinks/snacks and an afternoon appetizer (charcuterie board when we stayed) included - I immediately checked my email to make sure I wasn't actually paying 3x the rate we had for a night in September. It's really nice that the hotel is only 9 rooms, and it has clearly been set up primarily as an intimate setting for heli-skiing in the winter and at least as of 9/2023 that high level of service and amenities carries over to less expensive stays at other times of the year. The staff was all really exceptionally nice and helpful, and the attached restaurant was surprisingly excellent with a delicious included breakfast.

We did a 10 day road trip through Canada, staying over in several different places. This was by FAR our best lodging experience. Even better than the Fairmont at Lake Louise. The Eleven staff was incredible, the amenities amazing! We are already talking about returning as we wished we had more than one night to stay at the Eleven and in Revelstoke.

Love everything about our stay here. From the girl at check in, to our absolutely beautiful room. The rooftop patio is excellent, food 10/10. A must if you are passing through Revy.

The best hotel experience in such a long time! as an avid traveller I am away often. Eleven was a unique special place. From the staff that go out of their way to make you feel special and Welcome (Abbey and Ollie). To the perfectly designed and appointed rooms. Can’t wait to go back!

I look forward to my next stay at Eleven. It was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offer numerous amenities (pool tables, rooftop hot tub, bikes, good books in the rooms, a white noise machine for sleeping, and more), and I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The chef-prepared breakfast to start the day was another bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any inquiries. Complimentary in-room snacks and drinks were a pleasant surprise, as was a wonderful, complimentary daily apres snack and beverages on the rooftop each afternoon. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely be returning for a future stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel has much charm. I was dismayed at the lack of security as there is often no one at the front desk and people who know about the lounge wander freely upstairs. The hotel however is clean, and contains everything we were looking for ... a nice room and a terrific breakfast bar.

Everything about the room and the hot tub on the roof. The food at the Quartermaster restaurant was exceptional. We had the Sturgeon. The sommelier was informative and knowledgeable. The wait for the entree was long.

Excellent customer service. We were traveling by motorcycle and woke up to a storm. Decided last minute to extend our stay and found thia hotel. Very accomadating. Got our bike piked early and stored our bags for us. Texted when the room was ready. Would dedjnateky stay again.

Cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Unique and comfortable. The shower and toiletries were exquisite. Breakfast said continental but it was much more! Best place to stay in Revy in our opinion. Right downtown.

Wonderful older construction, unique features like exposed wood ceiling trusses and beautiful decor. Very very comfortable bed and pillows, nice rooftop hot tub. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend it all!

The hotel is the perfect basecamp for Revelstoke whether you want to explore the town or the surrounding natural attractions. Breakfast was fresh and local and a cut above the usual. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and quite. Really enjoyed my stay.
