The perfect little location for our base camp while visiting Crater Lake! The staff was pleasant and patient in answering all of our questions.

Spotty wifi, but everything else was perfect! Super cute accomodations with a restaurant and an ice cream shop across the street.

I reserved a cabin, but was told I rented the upstairs lodge. Thinking I was in error, I said OK. Very steep flight of stairs and finding out it was a shared bathroom, I went back down and said this is not what I would have rented. I cant handle this steep stairs. I need a private bathroom.They said Expedia is not listing them correctly. They did give me my cabin. Luckily it wasn't a busy night. I feel they need to chat with Expedia to get this resolved. Rest of stay very nice. Room did have a peculiar odor. I sprayed air freshener and it helped.
