If you get Express bus from Hakata station to Hita station (Hits ekimae building)
Its just 30 second to get the hotel .
We (mother and daughter) stayed one night before visiting relatives and it was very convenient.
I highly recommend non smoking floor as I made mistake and accidentally I stayed very smorky floor .
The twin room was spacious with such reasonable price and very convenient to get train or Express bus .
It is typical business hotel and if you are couple , I think its not really suitable if you are looking for special occasion or something romantic .
Its definitely suitable solo travelers and also business / budget travelers.
The staff are very nice and helpful.

This hotel was pretty nice for what I needed. It was close to the bus station and is in the center of town. It was a short walk to my friend's place that lives nearby.

This is basically “What you paid is what you get”. Hotel location is good, room is clean, staff are nice. It is old building, old furniture and bath room, heating system worked ok, but very old system. Old carpet. Typical Japanese business hotel size which is tiny. Free small breakfast (very basic) was a nice touch. Everyone there was sincere and I needed to stay one night in budget hotel by myself.
