The hotel is breathtaking, so very beautiful and the gardens are simply gorgeous, one note, the power outlets in my room were very old, and the plugs wouldn't stay in place, some of them were also pretty loose.

The room is very clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful. There’s no AC, so we had to ask for a room change because it was too hot. The mattresses are old, still comfortable, but new, firm ones would be appreciated. The breakfast is good. Their garden is one of my favorite corners in Mexico City.

Hotel's in a great location. Room was decent, but the carpet was very filthy. AC stops after midnight, raising the temperature a lot. Few light sources in the room.
WiFi is super spotty; travelers shouldn't be relying on it.
Breakfast doesn't have any vegetarian options. However, the staff are very kind and made us toasts and plates of fruits.
