The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!

Free laundry service was awesome. Done the same day. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Not much variety but satisfying. The fresh fruit was especially good. Our conceirge took care of our needs immediately and with hesitation. The hotel also provide electric scooters which were free to use to get around wherever you wanted to go.

The vicinity of the hotel is tranquil and full of beautiful views, a sharp contrast to the hustle and bustle of the town centre. The staff is helpful and polite. free breakfast , laundry and transport to high speed rail station.
