Staff were friendly at check in and check out.

The building is a warehouse type structure with high end modern updates. Our room was very small but adequate for a one night stay. There is nothing close by to walk to, but the hotel has a bar located in the breakfast room. It's a short drive to downtown.

Nice hotel, but the ev charging station was not available because the staff allowed someone to park the ev space even though they were charging their car,

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location

Love that this hotel used to be a silk factory . The old brick building with high ceilings and newly renovated rooms made this stay enjoyable . Also walking distance to downtown Petaluma is a plus. Cool town !

Friendly staff and clean safe environment.
A smile always greeted us.

We were in for a family event in Petaluma and this was perfect.

They did a really nice job switching to a hotel from the old silk factory, everyone was super nice and helpful, the bed was super comfy and the amenities are great, two thumbs up!

This converted factory combines the best of its heritage with a sleek modern vibe. Love the "light saber" lighting in the hallways. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Great breakfast with an assortment of hot foods. Check out the display of relics from the building's textile-production days!

Very nice stay overall. The air/heat was difficult to figure out. Very noisy pipes from neighboring bathroom. Could use another chair for seating but overall pretty good stay. The staff was amazing and pretty decent breakfast. Definitely would stay there again.

Amazing history in this building as it's a 1800's remodeled factory now hotel. Incredible property

We would definitely stay here again. It was such a cool building being that it was an old silk factory in 1892. We love the ambience. People were friendly that worked there, the breakfast was good in the morning, and the room was excellent.

Looks new, every thing is spotless. Great location

Rooms were very comfortable and staff was friendly. However, there was virtually no toilet paper in the bathroom. Also when I checked out, there was an unauthorized charge to my hotel room the was discovered at check out.

Loud water pipe sounds all night. No shower gel. Checking in....the girl behind the counter talked so fast I kept asking her to repeat herself. It was like she was in a hurry to get back to her phone.
Complimentary breakfast (I paid for as part of my room charge, so not sure why they call it complimentary) wasn't good at all. Oatmeal had a strange metallic after taste.

The décor of the entire facility is intriguing...love it. Everything was convenient and efficient. Our 2 little dogs really enjoyed it. Appreciate the free parking and Wifi. Comfortable bed.
It took awhile to warm up - our problem with the temp mechanism.

I found out it was an old sugar mill transformed into a hotel. They had really tall sealings and the ambiance was great. The only thing I noticed was there was a musty smell, not sure if it was the blanket on the bed but other than that, it was wonderful.

We had a bumpy start at this hotel. Check was at 3pm. We arrived early maybe around 2-2:30pm hoping we could check in early, but our room wasn't available. It wasn't until about 3:30pm where we began to worry what was going on not having any communication from the front desk while we were waiting in the dining area. After several check ins at the Front Desk, we finally were approached by the Manager on duty - Aiona Kaufusi. Apparently, there was something wrong with the room we were supposed to occupy so she offered us an upgrade which we decided to take since we were exhausted. I wanted to cancel earlier, but of course we booked/prepaid it thru Expedia and was too tired to deal with the hassle. It would have been better if they had communicated to us the situation sooner or even offered us the upgraded room sooner if it wasn't available at 3pm checkin time, because that's really what we are paying for/expecting. That would be our recommendation if you want to keep your customers happy/wanting to return. Just as you expect us to be out at 11am checkout and no later, we expect our room to be ready upon checkin at 3pm. We honestly feel that despite the circumstance, Aiona handled the situation well. She took care of us. She offered us snacks from the Bar and bottled water which are normally only for special Hilton members. She stepped in and performed as a Manager so for that, we are grateful.

Asked for fresh towels and room to be made up. Not done for three days.

Stay was fine. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were not very sound-proof. Luckily we didn't have noisy neighbors!

No cleaning service or clean towels for Two out of three days. Had to ask for towels daily . We always stop and told front desk when we would be out . Besides that it was
Wonderful but that made things difficult at times . Benefit of the doubt but could be improved on that issue . Thanks

Travellng on business with Kimmy (Jindo, Service Animal). Hotel doggie friendly and people friendly as well. Wonderful architecture and history of facility. Enjoyed all aspects of stay including walking distance to downtown Petaluma and excellent whiskey bar (Mario and John's). Highly recommend with two paws up from Kimmy!!!

We were in town for a wedding and found this Hampton Inn to be a real pleasure to stay at. Beautiful facility with plenty to do near by!

The hotel was nicer than I expected! It is a converted historic building and they did a great job of updating the interior to make it into a hotel but keeping the exterior's rustic charm. The room was a bit smaller than I anticipated but the tall ceiling made it feel a little roomier. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend getaway.

Had a great time the hotel is awesome because of
the history of the building. Great stay!

The rooms were extremely clean especially with animals allowed in the room ! Everything smelled fresh no dog smell or anything at all ! My bed mattress had a slight sink hole but once I got around that it was comfortable ! First night there was kids above us jumping and running down the halls late and into the early morning so that wasn’t fun but second day was super quiet ! All in all trip was real nice ! Everything we asked for they did right away , very very good staff friendly polite and always willing to help !!

I felt in was not located in the best area.
Extra charges of $25 per night for essential I found Odd.
I didn't have the breakfast so I can't say if it was good but I didn't enjoy the smell.

This hotel was amazing. Set in an old, beautiful brick building we learned from Adrian at the desk that it was an old silk factory and then a twine factory. Now it's a very happy customer factory. I hope I don't get him in trouble,, but Adrian noticed we had two kids with us and was able to a two room suite with a couch bed, so my teenage daughter and friend had their own room and were able to stay up later than we like to. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Overall experience - Excellent.

Interesting building and history. Double queen room was a little tight to navigate. Staff was friendly and the breakfast options were good.

Great design, great breakfast, clean and comfortable. Wish it had a pool and was closer to downtown.

The hotel was nice. I loved that they converted an old mill into a hotel:)
The rooms were small though for 3 people (me, my husband, and 18 y/o daughter).
And I was highly disappointed with the cost. I originally booked for two nights and had to
Cancel 2nd night. I was quoted approx.$500. for both nights with tax.
After calling Hotels.com (was on the line for approx 1hour), they successfully cancelled my second night. I was told the total cost for my one night was approx. $280. (which is still very expensive), after canceling. After our stay and viewing my statement the total cost for one night was $390.😱
Highly disappointed with the misinformation when booking.

Great location, customer service and comfort.
