The rooms are always clean and neat. The hotel is very close to the station, food and convenience stores.
The breakfast buffet is always good and healthy.

Clean and comfortable.
Similar feel to Western style rooms with Japanese amenities.
It's feels comfortable if you're used to American hotels. I've stayed in Japanese hotels that have futons and cushion seats but these have beds and chairs. It has more amenities than American hotels though such as toilet seat heaters making it more comfortable than any hotel I've been in when in the states. Anything in the hotel was marked in Japanese and English so it's easy to get around. During the day they usually have Staff that speak decent enough English so communication shouldn't be an issue. During the night it depends but I still didn't have trouble getting into my room despite getting in relatively late.

The room was pretty small and there was nothing to watch on television but overall it was quiet and pleasant

This hotel is excellent value for the money - just sufficient which is good for me. One negative is the air conditioning. It is centrally controlled. And it was very hot outside. Otherwise, all good. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Metro station just outside the hotel was very convenient. The laundry inside was a big plus
