We have never stayed at a hotel airport before. the staff was so friendly and welcoming. the room provided everything we needed and more . very restful sleep.

The only problem that we really had, was the information to getting there, no one knew where it was located and no one gave us any information about the hotel inside the airport.

My only words of wisdom are: make sure you have everyone’s name staying at the Cloud listed on your reservation (and use what is listed on their passport) as getting through security to get to the Cloud was VERY particular. However the agent at the front desk at the Cloud was VERY helpful assisting with our dilemma and got the final two through security with a message sent for us. Thank you so much for your help!!
