The room rate is very cheap and for the price this was lovely. The staff was prompt, polite, and efficient. The exterior is not fancy but don't let that fool you, the room we booked looked like the images. The A/C was good, water pressure was nice, and the bed and bedding was soft and clean. The room was clean and there were no bugs to be found and we stayed on a Saturday night, barely heard anything. I would and will stay here again.

The lady just acted like a shister , the place stunk bad , felt like I was going to get robbed, just a bad choice on my part, would not recommend

It was really expensive for a hotel to the on a rough side of the city where there's a bar and strip club connected and deposit for the room was high and we were not allowed to have any type of visitors unless we gave them $15 I asked well I'm young what if I have a visitor come with me after the bar they said I was not allowed to have no visitors. So I give this hotel thumbs down at how much they charge and type of strictness that they have I would not recommend anyone to get this hotel because it's just going to charge you $100 for deposit and they're going to try to Swindle you out of your deposit

Looks from outside 'a bit run-down' but the room was very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly!

TV didn’t work, took 5 hours before they gave me a different room. The refrigerator & microwave outlet didn’t work, had to move them myself to an area with a different outlet. No room to turn around in parking lot, had to backup to an open area.

Customer service was bad lady at front desk was mean,I ask to see the room first because pictures when I reserved looks different and she was take it or leave it so mean

I liked nothing about this place it looked run down and unsafe. I immediately left the premises after seeing all of what I previously stated

It wasn't dirty, it was filthy. When we opened the room door, the stink was terrible. There were cockroaches running up the wall and over the furniture. The floor was uneven and felt as if it was sinking. There were a lot of people staying there that did not look like regular guests and made the place feel unsafe. The photos are absolutely nothing like the room and I would like to know who write the reviews that gave it the higher ranking it has! Even if this had been the cheepest place in Oklahoma city, which it isn't, no-one should even think about staying here. I was traveling with my 87 year old Dad and by the time we got there, he said he couldn't go to another hotel he was exhausted, so we had to stay.

The room was supposed to have 3 Queen beds and they were only double beds. The sidewalks all have steep steps. Then, they charged us $20.00 extra as well as the $50.00 holding fee. Neighborhood is not good and do not recommend to anyone.

It was good for the intents and purposes used. I did not like having to pay a deposit when it was not mentioned in the booking. It was not like it was a 5 star resort.

Didnt like we had to wait 10 mins to check in. The guy at the front desk was rude to us. We go to the room. Its not like it showed it should be on the app when i booked. We go to take showers when we got off work early this morning but couldn't bc there was no towles in our room. We tried to call the front desk to have them bring us some this morning. But no one answered. Took us 6 calls to finally get someone on the phone. Then the lady act like she couldnt hear our room number keep telling us we had the wrong place. Then she told us we had to go to the front desk and get them ourselves. Never again i will stay at this hotel wasn't wroth staying there for a dicount at $61 for a night. Way too much. Then the whole time we was there trying to sleep the phone keep ceerping. So ignoring

This motel is located in a very sketchy area with people loitering in the parking lot. We checked in and immediately checked out upon seeing the room. There were roaches in the bathroom, dirty linens, stained chairs, and the entire room had a peculiar smell. We asked for a refund and the staff on duty said we would have to contact Expedia. When contacted, Expedia insisted that the motel had to process our refund so we called the motel again. After many calls and two emails, the motel refused to refund and we had to pay to spend the night elsewhere. I wouldn't stay here and neither should you.

I lost out on $100 i dident go in side just from the out side i could tell i dident want to stay thereDid not match any pictures of the place i found online was a geto lots of homeless people and looked to be falling down verry trashy i called to tell them i wasent coming and had found another hotel and they ladie said i judged a book by its cover and i told her i had kids with me and i had to make a decision then she proceeded to tell me i should do my research befor getting a hotel i just hung up but i do NOT recommend this place at all go to the Hampton or best western verry clean and quiet

Place looked like a dump and very run down. Sketchy people hanging around and Cars that were parked there were damaged. Not a good scene - did not make me feel safe. Also I still got charged even though I said I will not stay here and wanted to cancel (which they said is ok)! Don‘t stay there!

They provided a bed to sleep in, a shower to get clean, a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and coffee and an ironing board and iron and hair dryer. Management was available if needed. The room was quiet. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again.

We booked ut because it was econimical and had 7.6 stars rating. It was a dump,had bums hanging around and had questionable businesses surrounding it, ie tatoo parlors,bars, etc. For our own safety we decided not to stay there. Why did it have a 7.6 rating? Do not charge my card because i had to oay for a different place to stay

I was charged separate amount twice. I am still having to deal with that because I still can not explain what the second charge is for, Secondly, the response and attitude towards resolving this issue is not encouraging. I will make sure I see the end of this. I will be back here to give updates about the outcome.

Bad: bad customer service. Toilet has no running flushing water.

Dirty scummy property. Horrible location very unsafe. I got there and the lady starting screaming at me. Although we had 3 beds we only had 2 people. They charged me more although i had a set price with expedia. 10 minutes before we left in the AM our friend met us and her husband starts yelling at us and i told the guy to inspect the camera. He still overcharged us. I am a seasoned traveler of 25 years plus. This has never happened. The lady tried to get us out at 10:30 despite every other hotel on earth giving a 11:00-1:00 checkout. What a nightmare. Definitely a horrible situation dealing with mean people when you check in at 3:00 am and you just want to sleep

Not at all what I expected and in a terrible area. I am a single female traveler and did not feel safe staying here. I ended up changing hotels. I would like a refund since I didn’t stay here.

Front desk is very nice . But room condition, eh , it’s really not that way good. There is no heating in the room, and the only AC looks like broken already lol. Been cold at night.

The staff was horrible, you couldn't understand a word she said had to ask her to repeat herself repeatedly and then she got rude. Also we were in a room that slept 6 of us and there were only 3 towels, when we asked for more we were told we would have to wait until the next morning. Room was very hot, the AC had been left off. Also made me pay a $100.00 deposit for our non smoking room which wasnt posted online when we made rhe reservation.

The reviews of this hotel are bogus. I drove up, looked around and realized this was not a safe place to be and not at all as discribed. The exterior of the building is in rough shape and hasn't had some basic maintenance done (painting). I never did step foot inside a room.
The owners refused to refund me after avoiding calls from Hotels.com. I ended up having to eat the cost and stay somewhere nicer (safer).

It was the type of Motel you would expect. "OLD" but a satisfactory stay for one night.

I picked this motel based on price and photos. While the price was same the photos were of something other than the motel I stayed out. Room wasn't filthy but it was old and cheap as can be. No toilet paper, shower had luke warm eatertat best. Most of all it's located in a really seedy area, stay away unless you're looking for that kind of thing. The people operating the place we're pleasant though. Regardless I'd stay away based on location alone.

It’s location may not look the best. But the rooms we’re clean, the appliances work, have a nice chair in the room. The curtains make the room dark at night for a good sleep and most importantly it was free from all the freeway and airport noise.
