Hotel staff could not be better. As I had requested, staff saved me a room with an amazing view of Kilimanjaro- absolutely breathtaking to wake up and see!
Everything was clean with big fluffy white towels and plenty of hot water. Also cold a/c. When something did not work, front desk sent someone to fix the problem very fast.
Included breakfast buffet was good too - freshly cooked eggs with a buffet of fruit, beans, toast, cereal etc etc.
I did not swim but the pool looked clean and inviting. Hotel staff was quick to get me a taxi to go out and about when I did not have my own guide setup.
In all, I stayed three nights and would stay at Parkview again!
