The good: clean, well stocked and modern mini kitchen with full size microwave, sink, fridge and dishwasher, nice breakfast, professional and friendly staff day and night, hotel common area is spacious and inviting, safe atmosphere, beach close by, good walking area. The so-so: room is small, no balcony, windows dont vent or open. Feels like a upscale dormitory for a younger type traveler. The Bad: no bad at all. Three nights and no serious complaints. Overall: if you dont mind a smaller than average room that is efficently laid out, clean and safe then you are good to go.

Hi, Love the location. The only issue was when I reserved I requested a room with two queen beds, however we got a room with bunked bed and sofa. That was not the right accomation for us. The hotel gave us an extra room so we had to split but the rooms were far away. My husband was not happy with the options. The breakfast and service were very good.

Liked everything about property dog barking in hallway at 6:45 am was upsetting waking up everyone was disappointing but not hotels fault just ignorant people that have no care that other folks paid good money to stay there also and should be more considerate of others

We had a wonderful welcome from the front desk. We arrived later in evening. We went to our room and found it very clean. All staff we encountered were very nice. Loved the breakfast options. Great selection for children and adults. The coffee was excellent with lots of creamer options. The indoor pool was great. We brought our granddaughters who loved the pool. This will be the only downer, the beds were a bit firm. I prefer a soft topper that your body melts into. I thought being a Hilton I would get the topper. Overall an excellent experience.

Every employee was super nice and helpful and the only issues we really had was we usually have our house really cold and we couldnt get our room cold enough for our taste and Not having many options for tv just basic satelite but would definetly stay here again.

We chose this hotel as it has a large fridge w/small kitchen making it possible to eat in on the nights we didn't eat out. Great stay! Comfortable bed!

The staff was great and very helpful, I appreciated that so much. Breakfast was good, the room was great. I appreciated the staff getting my party on the same floor. I would only make one suggestion if there would be extra pillows for the sofa bed and possible a sheet or blanket. Other than that everything was great.

The location of the hotel was amazing and there were kind staff members. However, upon checking in they stated needing to charge an additional $20 per night for incidentals-yet never state what those actually are. They ended up charging me $40 and never telling me why. We left the room in clean and picked up shape, even cleaning up beach sand ourselves so staff wouldn't need to. I am okay paying something needed, but not okay not knowing why. Also staff stated upon check in that they would text to see our satisfaction. This never happened. I did get an email where I stated a noise complaint and never received a response as promised. Additionally, we stayed on the 4th floor with one floor above us. My entire family expects hotel noise, but this hotel is not sound proof at all. Every night of a 4 night stay there was noise directly above our room between 10:30 PM and 1 AM (with quiet hours posted as 10 PM to 8 AM). We had to call each night as the walls and ceiling shook for some reason. When we called, it would stop. There were also soft spots when walking down the hallway when your foot would sink into floor holes. Structurally this might be something to look into. Overall, if you're still with me :) this hotel was okay. If it has a deal then spot on, if you're paying more, look somewhere else.

We did not like the pets barking in the hotel while trying to relax. Nor did we appreciate the dogs barking at guests which made the guests uneasy. One does not expect a dog to be waiting when the elevator doors open and have a dog bark at them making them afraid to move forward. Although rooms were clean and adequately stocked, we are not likely to return.

Stayed here with my pup and family. We loved it! We would stay here again! It was near the beach and we drove to the boardwalk. Dining options close by and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Loved the location, walkable to shopping/bars/beach. Front desk staff seemed a little inexperienced. Was not made aware ahead of time me and my other guests would pay extra for parking. The pool seemed off putting, it often was full of what could be described as suds. Room was very nice but small. Great hotel overall.

The hotel was very noisy at night with loud guests. Quiet hours not enforced. On second day a group came in five vans. When we went down for breakfast around 7:30 the were completely wiped out of everything. The group went to breakfast early and there was nothing left for other guests. It was obvious that the staff did not care nor did they prepare for a large group.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful with providing answers to our questions. The rooms were nice and clean as always. It was a little cool in our room and the maintenance staff ran up the stairs(literally) to assist us.
