Simple, but very clean and comfortable. A short walk to several restaurants was great and the breakfast vouchers to Tim Hortons was a great idea. Overall, very pleased with the room at a very reasonable price.

Had a nice stay at this inn.It was clean with an updated washroom and a fridge and microwave in the room.Easy access as I parked in front of the door to my room.Managenent even gave me a gift card for breakfast at the tim Hortons across the street.I will be staying here again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is a bit dated and the toilet needed to be held down the whole flush, but it was a comfortable, clean room, within walking distance of a variety of places to eat, and the price was right. An ideal place short stop on a long trip.

Checkin was a challenge. The staff had to try several room keys before finally reprogramming then actual door lock. They could not get the outside door working.
Floors and bathroom were dirty. Beds terrible.
Expedia should not promote this hotel.

I liked that our dog friendly room was near the back of the property. The room was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable, double mattress on a queen box spring. The bed was supposed to be queen

We showed up around 1 just to see if we could check in early if our room was ready, no one at the front desk just some little kid who ignored us. Rang the bell still no one showed up! We left and came back at 2:45 and there was a lady there but told us the guy that did check on wouldn’t be there until 3, so we waited in the lobby, then a few minutes before 3 she told us that she could just check us in. So she made us wait there for no really reason! Then the room really wasn’t that clean. After we went out later and came back out card to the room wouldn’t work, went to the front desk this time a guy was there told him the card didn’t work he gave us a new one, but never asked my name or to see my ID or anything!

Someone had obviously tried to kick in the outside door as the jamb was cracked badly.
It feels like the hotel is slowly being neglected.

My interaction with staff was ok. The pictures online are not recent pictures. One hand towel was stained yellow and was definetly not clean. One bed had hair all over it, and the sheets, definetly not clean. It appeared staff had simply remade the beds, emptied the trash bins and that’s all. Could be a cute little motel with some major updates, proper maintence and house keeping !

The bed linen looked as if someone had slept in them. The continental breakfast was lacking. The toaster did not work effectively. The room and parking were behind the motel and was very isolated.

Not professionally run at all. Not accommodating whatsoever. Will not do early check ins or even answer the phone or answer questions before 3pm. Very run down hotel will NOT stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there. As a family traveling with young kids for six hours in the car it would've been nice to check in upon arrival at 215pm instead of keeping the kids waiting even longer until 3pm. I would stay at ANY OTHER HOTEL in Cornwall than this one.

Good overnight stop on our long road trip, reception was friendly and helpful. Quick continental breakfast available the next morning. We had to call ahead and warn them we were running late and wouldn't check in until after 9 pm, was no problem.

this was the worst stay ever. I arrived on Friday around 2:00 pm . I was greeted by a woman telling me i would have to come back at 2.30 pm and she would check me in then. After checking in i was told that i could not use the outside door to our room because the ice was not removed from in front of the door and i was to only use the enterence through the lobby.
The next day we toured around Cornwall arriving back around 2pm only to find the door to the lobby chain locked leaving us no way to access our room. We were hoping to be able to change for our event at 3. The attendant arrived at 3 with her 3 or 4 children in wonderment why we were upset. This at this time was now putting us late for our event . I will not be recommending or staying at this establishment ever again !!!!!!!! another thing Continental breakfast was a joke. The room where the breakfast was set up was freezing. We had to ware our winter coats. Lighting was poor.
