Very comfortable mattress.
HVAC was noisy. Sound transmission from one room to another: we were not able to sleep due to an infant crying in a neighbouring room (though staff addressed this issue).

We were on a road trip and this was in a very convenient location, excellent value for money, good, early breakfast (and we also saw they offered pre-packed breakfasts). Nice, comfortable beds as well.
The bathroom door didn't really shut properly (it was a large, sliding door with no latch and certainly no lock.

Room and bed were comfy and an excellent bathroom. Lots of outlets, which is a small thing but useful when travelling. Didn't use the gym or pool but they looked very nice.
