The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the housekeeper. It was in a good location and safe neighbourhood for solo travellers. Very close to Senso-Ji Temple and Don Quijote. There is also a nearby mall for shopping

My parents had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ann Asakusa! The staff members were so nice and accommodating (I checked in late due to a late flight). There are so many items (slippers, coffee, umbrellas) in the hotel lobby that you can help yourself to. They also allow you to leave your luggage after you check out as long as it’s same-day pickup. Lastly, the location is absolutely perfect—we were in walking distance to several incredible restaurants, train/subway stations, and tourist attractions. Would highly recommend!

Very clean space and loved the area! Lots of restaurants and walking distance to multiple transit options. The staff helped me set up a luggage transfer to the next hotel as well. Super useful so I didnt have to walk around tokyo with my heavy baggage! Would return.

Have stayed here on a number of occasions and picked it because of the price, presentation, facilities and location. 5 mins’ walk from Tawaramachi (Ginza Line) station it’s in a great location for Asakusa and Ueno. Small room to be expected, but spotless and has all the facilities you would expect. Excellent choice of top-up items available in the lobby area. Superb filter coffee supplied as well as ice and drinking water.
