We didn’t use the onsen attached to the hotel as the sister hotel was much nicer, we appreciated the cleanliness of our room, had a great experience

Good location for onset. Bathroom smellish and bed linen spotted. All the rest was in order. Staff very helpful. There is no shuttle service to downtown Aizu Wakamatsu.
