It's a regular house with no parking. Owner doesn't speak English so it's a challenge. They GPS coordinates mentioned in Expedia areas wrong. We had to actually takes help from police to reach the house.

Great stay close to airport. Host extremely helpful. Flight came in late, and nice to arrive, sleep, and start our vacation adventure.

This is not a hotel it really should not be listed on Hotels.com I had an early morning flight and asked for a wake up call and taxi and got neither I missed my flight and it probably cost me an additional $500 The lady running the place was delightful and I couldn’t bring myself to complain about how she trashed my plans I agree to the wake up call and taxi and she could only respond “I’m sorry” when she forgot to do so

La Casa Del Suizo is an exceptional venue, situated a short drive away from San Jose airport. Service was exceptional and host was extremely help! I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend. ☺️

Wonderful stay, very nice, very secure. Arranged transport to airport very early am with no difficulty.

The host is extremely friendly and accommodating. If it wasn't for them, my girlfriend and I would have missed our flight back to the states. The room was clean and had a convenient private bathroom. The only downside was no AC, but the room stayed very cool at night. Should I return to San Jose, I will definitely stay here again.

jarida is a super hostess fantastic help booked last minute arrived at 11pm she waited for us and had breakfast ready next morning at 7 am as we had to leave early. clean comfortable rooms a little small but great price and the internet is outstanding, believe me as a Tico I can tell you internet here is great or horrible no in between

Truly wonderful stay. Feels exactly as if to be visiting family and staying in the comfort and warmth of their home. The home is 10 minutes from airport using Uber or taxi. The atmosphere appeared to be safe and I did not feel uncomfortable as a solo traveling female. I had a private room with my own private bathroom. Rooms are super clean, as are the bathrooms. Breakfast is personalized and freshly cooked with a great selection of local fruit — Despite not speaking any Spanish, there dud not seem to be a major language barrier.

Host was fabulous! If you are expecting a hotel this is not you place. Instead it's a room in a house in a great neighborhood not far from the airport. We had to leave early so we missed the great looking breakfast the host was preparing!

The best thing about this bed n breakfast is the warmth of the host. She is a lovely lady ready to take care of our needs. However, there are few issues associated with it. There is no one in the house who could speak English, we don’t speak Spanish so communication was a big challenge. Our room was bit small for three people and there were no fan or AC in the room when the outside temperature was 75 deg F. After requesting we received a fixed table fan, but it was heard to get air for two beds at right angles. Bathroom had only hand soap. The area was residential, so our tour didn’t drop us to the location and we had to take a taxi from the nearest hotel. Finding the address was a little challenging as the GPS takes to the back of the house. We left at 4 am so can’t comment on the breakfast. I will prefer to stay in a hotel next time as it costs the same.
