We stayed there for an anniversary date night and we were very pleased with the location, cleanliness, kind employees, size of the room, and how comfy the room was. We will definitely stay there again.

Everything was great besides one opportunity for improvement. The hotel is very clean, updated, perfectly located, great breakfast and service. We stayed 3 nights with 3 kids under age of 10. There was no housekeeping services, trash removal or fresh towels provided. I don’t expect bed linens to be changed daily but enough towels for showering without going to the desk to ask for some would be appreciated. You accumulate a lot of trash in 3 days. Maybe other people leave their trash all over but ours is all in a trash can.

It was okay for the price. It's in a really convenient location to Bridge Street. The staff was super nice! On first impression the bathroom floor wasn't very clean and felt sticky. The in-room coffee maker and coffee items weren't stocked. The breakfast in the morning was sparce and the caffeinated beverage stock was near empty both mornings we ate. To be fair it was a pretty busy breakfast group both days. However, I'm an early riser and noted that it was slim pickings at the beginning of the service both days. Like the majority of newer hotels, this room was loud. Paper thin walls and our room was by a busy road.Thankfully sleeping wasn't a top priority. At the end of the day, all you're really paying for here is location. You could stay a few miles down the road and save around $50 a night and get more bang for your buck. It reminds me so much of an overpriced Microtel. Hate giving it a somewhat critical review because once again, every worker I encountered was super nice!

I stayed for one night for a business trip. Noticed in the morning while I was getting ready that the bathroom was covered with ants. Room was comfortable otherwise, but I probably won’t stay here again.

Housekeeping was very nice and efficient making sure my room was good and I got everything that Is needed. Valentina went above and beyond to make sure my room was clean and cozy and was very nice and friendly after having a long day end drive.

I love this hotel. The staff is always nice, the hotel is clean. The breakfast is fresh. The location to perfect. Not in the middle of bridge street but a 2 minute walk through a well lit parking garage.

Arrived a little early no problem checking in, got to our room and we had ONE towel for the 4 of us, but the desk guy rushed up some more! The dinky fridge needed to be defrosted and it was teetering, it was on a wooden plat form that was not big enough or it needed to be leveled! But overall great location!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Traveling alone I was cautious about where to venture out by myself. The ladies, Amber, Jaila R & Jaila W are resourceful and more importantly, welcoming. Per their recommendations, enjoyed dining experiences and just sitting at the lounge at the Hyatt Place.

Great option when visiting Bridge Street Town Center. For the price you can’t beat it. Shopping food and fun is all around. Quick access to many other places in Huntsville and Madison. Breakfast was average for this price point.
