Family and I stayed an overnight in Omaha for thr zoo and Air & Space Museums, then were planning a eveing at the hotel pool. Bad choice. Although the hotel looks very new, the pool is already falling apart. Loose tiles everywhere, water trapped below them causing more delamination of tiles. A poor hotel design where you have to exit outside onto an exterior deck to enter the pool. Not a great idea for winter months! Plus, you are now tracking dirt etc. into the pool area and the pool area is not warm. We gutted it out because the kids really wanted to swim. Topping it off, the Saturday breakfast was sparse -- they ran out of a couple items completely and the breakfast time was only half over. They also neglected to tell us there was a $15 parking charge, so that was a bit of a surprise upon checkout.

Convenient place to stay by UNMC!

Nice stay the pool area was freezing cold and the kids were cold in the heated pool our breakfast was very limited mainly bread waffle and cereals. Had 2 sandwiches in the hot box and oatmeal was empty. But other than that the parking was awesome if I was on business I’d stay again thanks

The room was very clean & comfortable. Appreciated that. Winter, subzero temperatures & way too much snow made it very difficult to find the hotel. Also appreciated the heated garage for our car. I'm sure we will stay again. Thanks.

We were visiting a family member at the hospital. Great place to stay and staff was wonderful! Especially Jay at the front desk.

Friendly staff. Comfortable room and bed Decor needs updating. Room had brown and green carpet with tan wall paper. Then blue accent on wall and orange couch

My only complaint was I wish the continental breakfast was more diabetic friendly.

The property is perfectly located downtown Omaha, with a safe, indoor parking garage that has an elevator that takes you straight to the floor you are staying on so there is no hauling luggage for miles across a parking lot or outdoor garage, then into the hotel to the elevator. The rooms are very clean, spacious and super inexpensive. Loved our stay here!

Trouble free pleasant experience.

Selected this property as it showed a nice pool for our trip with our grandkids. When we arrived we were told the pool was closed because it was too cold. It’s Nebraska in October! If you can’t keep the pool warm say that on your website. I won’t say it ruined our trip, but it was a massive disappointment!

The hotel and our room was very clean. We aren't familiar with the area so it took us a minute to figure out the parking garage but that's no fault of the hotel. Check-in was very smooth. Breakfast on Saturday morning was great, lots of options and everything was stocked. Unfortunately on Sunday it was a different story, there weren't many options for food, there was only 1 stack of plates that kept running out so we had to wait to eat because there were no clean plates. There was very limited options, the silverware kept running out, and there were no napkins. I think they only had one person running the whole area and it was a busy morning, they really should have had more help. The pool is definitely smaller than the pictures make it look and the water was too cold for my kids to want to swim - and they usually aren't super sensitive about this. Every time we checked the pool area no one was using it, so I'm guessing we aren't the only ones that the water was a little on the chilly side. But overall, I would go back to the hotel. I understand businesses are struggling with finding help. The most important part of a hotel stay for me is a clean room and I definitely give it a 10 in that category. The location was perfect, 10 minutes or less from everything we came to do for the weekend (the zoo, Gene Leahy mall, Kiewit Luminarium, and mini golf at the Fat Putter).

The property itself was nice with nice amenities. The challenge we had was that there is outside construction happening on the roads and a new building going up. This made it a challenge to get to the hotel.

This is a great hotel for safety. You park inside the building. The rooms are nice and spacious. With a full size fridge. The only thing I would recommend is getting to breakfast early because it doesn’t seem to get restocked very well.

Parking an issue especially if pulling a trailer.

What made me chose this hotel were the reviews, and it was for the 4th of July weekend. It was very clean, very big room, the breakfast options are very good, they even have a mini egg omelette as an option and always coffee available. The only thing I can say is if you are not staying more than 4 nights don’t expect housekeeping, still if you need anything at front desk you can get it.

Very clean staff was super friendly. The pool was much smaller than the pictures made it appear.

They didnt have the accommodations I requested and you ordered another room for me the people at check in did not explain that you had covered the cost of first room and I was still only responsible for one room. Took waiting for the night person to go back thru the reservation and view the itinerary. Took way too long tired from driving across Iowa and we have a funeral celebration of life to get to today. Better training at front desk and Expedia could have notified me too

Everything was clean and nice. Must be a popular hotel for guests with dogs.

The area was very sketch, did not feel safe leaving the property. Location did not feel like a good area. Morning Breakfast was disappointing, lack of food choices and or just out of food. Had to wait for more to be available, including dishes and silverware. Kids had dry irritated skin and scratches after being in the pool. Overall we were very happy with the room it was very accommodating and parking garage was a nice touch!

I would like to let you know Hope was the best. She is a very keep here. She is best.
