The hotel was very neat and the reception was nice. The shower was super and we liked the shampoo and soap. Breakfast was good with a variety.
We did not know about under ground parking or check in was on the 2nd floor. Once we figured that out it was fine. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the room was spotless so that make up for the minor issues.

The pool, Am breakfast and building were beautiful.
The front entrance, outside sign, and garage at night could all be better planned. More lights, more directions, and a designated check in area outside. People were literally ‘parked’ in the street confused on how to get in or where to go.

Was fairly clean.
Our room had a high pitch whining coming from the vent non stop! They moved us to a room across the hall but it was 2 queen beds vs the king we had. The beds were very hard and the pillows were terrible. The breakfast was trash! This is the most uncomfortable Hampton I’ve ever stayed at, usually they’re very good.
