Black out curtain didnt work, nor did bathroom fan.
I didnt care for the soap/lotion dispensers.
In room coffee maker would have been nice.
Staff was very nice and helpful.

Nobody at front desk smiles. At this day and age why is there no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms. The hot water was never hot for tea only in the lobby. The only microwave was ant the front desk. And the king size mattress constantly moved around in the platform it was on every time you sat or turned over in bed. But…. The shuttle service and drivers were excellent!

Very small room was not ideal for an elderly couple. Missed not having a coffee maker. The lighting was better than average, and there were plenty of handy outlets for all our devices.

Everything was great! The staff was professional and very friendly. We will be planning another trip to Charlotte in the future and will definitely stay at this motel again.

Everyone was great. We left a day early because the channels on the TV were limited. My 85 year old mom watched MLB every night before bed - you did not have it.
Other than that everything was good.

I was not impressed with this hotel. When I saw a 9.4 rating with hotel.com I was excited. My pillow had a smell and the home had some type of bug. I didn’t feel like the room was that clean.
I only stay at places with 8.0 or better. This was a new facility but it not that clean. Plus, some of the staff were a little unprofessionally. The breakfast was better than most continental breakfast because most food was sealed and fresh. This is a 2 star hotel with a bar that was closed. In North Carolina all the alcohol beverage control (ABC) stores were closed early on Saturday and not open on Sunday. There were not any restaurants close to the hotel, and the ones within in a 15 minutes drive had low score and I could eat there. I should have stayed at another hotel on another side of town. 🙁

Friendly front desk staff provided quick and easy check in. Snagged a couple of food and drink items from the front desk which was nice and convenient.One of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in in quite some time. Awesome shuttle service from and to the airport. Will definitly choose to stay here again the next time I have a layover in Charlotte. Well done Tru by Hilton - Charlotte Airport Lake Pointe!

Tiny, cramped, cheaply appointed rooms with no coffeemakers or microwaves. The lobby amenities are great but the rooms are terrible.

It was a very nice hotel. Large beautiful room and bathroom. I would 100 percent recommend this place to anyone!

The property was nice and clean. The amenities were as advertised. My only problem was not being able to use mobile check-in without going to desk first. The staff was helpful and checkin was quick. Just wanted to avoid a step if possible.

Very clean, amazing staff, quiet halls. Didn’t get to trying breakfast but it smelled amazing! Overall 10/10 place to stay and will do it again!

Lady with the curly hair that checked me in was VERY unpleasant. I figured she was just having a bad day but she had an unwarranted attitude with me the very next day. She needs to be switched to a role with minimal customer interaction because her service level is beneath the bar!

In search of a layover spot, we opted for this choice due to its excellent location- 8 min from the airport. The hotel's standout feature is its free airport shuttle, running approximately every 30 minutes, making our transition smooth and convenient.

No restaurant onsite. Called the shuttle several times and no one answered but waited in zone 1 and the van pulled up within 15 minutes.

A family member car window was busted out while staying on property. And we were told her car was parked where the cameras stop recording but picks back up from another camera two cars down from hers. Sounds like an inside job due to whoever done it knew where the cameras were!
