The room was clean but obviously worn. Expedia has it listed with breakfast available but there wasn’t any breakfast so that was disappointing. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces in number 11. We had a contractless checkin which worked fine. It’s a cool place!

The hotel is located in a mixed residential and industrial area. Very quiet and clean.
The staff is super sweet and helpful.
There was a short electricity outage because all the (portable) A/C units were running full speed. There was temperature record in Munich the day we were there. 33 degrees. The problem was fixed quickly.
