Modern and clean, friendly staff, great location for visiting the Olympia Park in Munich, not far from the u-bahn station (Einkaufzentrum). We had a perfectly good pizza at the hotel after finding other food outlets in the vicinity closed after 8pm.
The tea/coffee arrangements were a little lacking in the rooms (no proper milk, just milk powder sachets which I dislike), snack vending machine downstairs which only took cash which was a little limiting. The surrounding area was quite urban and on a busy road with few other options for food in the evening.

Modern room, comfortable bed, very clean and wonderful staff. I did have one additional request which was taken into consideration and met to my full satisfaction. Breakfast was great and i appreciated the option that if do not have time to eat your breakfast you can take it to go. Stayed one night.
The location is a 10 minute walking distance to the metro station. There is a bus station nearer but I was told the metro is more convenient. Also a good 20' walk from the Olympia Hall. However since this is info available online, it does not count as a negative to the whole experience.

Excellent breakfast menu and accommodations, staff were very professional.
Parking should be included with the accommodations.
