rooms are spacious. fridge is bigger than normal hotel ones. microwave has a grill function. towels are changed on reuquest. very helpful manager
parking is abit pricey at 16e a day without any discount for guests

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Location is okay, there's absolutely nothing nearby (within walking distance), but the U3 subway stop is about 7 minutes away, and Olympia-Einkaufszentrum is just one stop away, making it convenient to reach the city center.
Decent price for what's offered, considering being in Munich during Ferragosto (mid-August holiday).
Very small apartment.
Small bathroom.
Extremely uncomfortable pillows, "German-style" but maybe even worse.
There are no blinds/shutters, so either bring an eye mask or you'll wake up at 6 in the morning.
Kitchen completely lacking any useful items only 4 glasses and plates. No dish rack, no paper towels, no oil, salt or pepper, no cloth for cleaning or drying basically nothing.
