Great location for enjoying the town of South Haven. But definitely a summer location. By late October, everything shuts down for the winter season.

This hotel was a 100/10!! The front desk staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. There was a restaurant attached to the hotel which was convenient based on our arrival time. The view was incredible. My husband and I celebrate our anniversary during the off seasons of most cities but South Haven is still lively even in the fall. I highly recommend this Old Harbor

The place is a bit outdated, but overall we had a good stay. The room had a few cosmetic issues, but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay again.

We absolutely loved the Harbor Inn. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and had a nice view of the harbor. Will gladly stay here again.

The hotel was ok. I would stay again but NOT book through Expedia because it doubled the price. Paid $200 for a $100 room. $100 is a great price for staying in a very safe area of town with a water view to boot. No restaurant in the hotel, only a bar attached and you have to go outside to access it. The bar also doesn't do coffee or tea. Overall, good hotel experience. Crappy price because of Expedia. Will stay there again but will book directly through the owners.

We loved the location and the room was comfortable. The Inn is close to lots of shopping and dining. We stayed in room 34, which is in a separate building from check-in. My only issue is that the windows could use some blackout shades. The wooden slats allow too much light to come in at night for my liking. But we'd stay here again in a heartbeat, and will probably be back as we really enjoyed South Haven.

Location made it very walkable to beach, lighthouse, dining, shopping and access to other activities. This time of year area was quiet but we could see that it could good louder at times which owner made us aware of.

Great location in the center of town. overlooking the river. you can watch the boats float by. It is above an outdoor restaurant so if you're an early to bed person the noise may wake you. It didn't bother us.

I loved the balcony on the River and the ability to have coffee brewed for an early morning room with a view. However the property is a bit worn (carpet) and needs attention for next season! Our double futon was quite difficult to manage on our own and had to have the front desk come put it out for us.

This place is right on the harbor and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. It’s located next to a brewery and in a little downtown area that’s fun to walk around in. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach so it’s really the perfect spot if you want to ditch the car. The soaking tub in our room was luxurious and the 2 bedroom suite was fully equipped and perfect for our family. People were exceedingly friendly. We’re from Chicago and this was our first time in South Haven. We will for sure make this a yearly mini-vacation, it’s such a great little town!

We had a lovely short getaway with just my husband and myself. The Harbor Inn was the perfect location! It is right on the water and within walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel was clean, charming, unique and affordable. The rooms were small, but updated and beautifully decorated. Each room has a different look. It is also located in town with walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed staying here.

The view was beautiful , room was amazing except the beds weren’t soft and the only ac is in the living room, the 2 bdrms were hot trying to sleep with no vents or ac.

Like many of the other reviews, this place is conveniently located and great for walking around and boat watching. Great staff. Our “kitchenette” had appliances and utensils, but lacked a sink outside of the bathroom. The room was large and cozy, but could use a new loveseat. Comfy bed. Looking forward to coming back.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Right on the water with amazing views. Walkable to multiple restaurants and shops. The only drawback was that there was limited parking and parking is already at a premium in South Haven.

The view of harbor is nice at night. Hotel is old can get some upgrade but generally clean. And the room was spacious . Best what you can get at down town close to dinning and shopping.
