I like that it is so quiet considering it is in the middle of all of the nightlife. Also I like a dark room. I sleep better that way

It was a good location & rooms are quiet..the lighting is minimal & air-conditioning is older ..but place is good ..some of the staff are very cold not friendly at all but overall ok place

First off, parking is provided by hotel. It is across the street. Once you park, go to hotel and give them the parking ticket you received. Once you leave hotel they will give you a card to cover the parking fees. The hotel is decorated well, front lobby, stairs, hallways and rooms. The room was quite and very little to no light enters the room. The darkness in the morning is great as you can rest a little longer. Hotel staff were very open to talk and assist with questions we had. Front desk, valet, and manager were friendly. I would stay again. Felt safe at all times at hotel.

Super cute place, I love the art but the smell of cigarettes even in a non smoke room is crucial, I couldn’t sleep my throat was shutting down from the terrible smell of tabaco

I liked this hotel. the only problem was: 1. the elevator was not working, 2. the music from surrounding venues was audible inside the room, it would be great if they provided complimentary ear plugs or better sound proofing options. i would stay there again, super close to all the action in revolucion..

I had an operation and the elevator didnt work. They would let the delivery guy in knowing i was in pain.

2nd time staying here, always a pleasure 🙏. Bed was so comfy and clean as it should. Great peice for how close you arw to bars and eats. Elevator was down snd they put us on the 4th floor but didnt mind. No noises just peace and quiet.

It’s my second stay in 3 weeks and they have not fixed the elevator It is disappointing for the price they charge they can't fix that.

We went to try this hotel and it was a complete mistake. The staff was very creepy, cameras everywhere and made us very uncomfortable. The room was an awkward shape and could barely fit the bed. We invited a friend over to hang out with us, and they were turned away by the hotel staff saying that visitors aren’t allowed in the hotel. This is the strangest thing I have ever heard. We felt like we were being watched at all times. I don’t drink or smoke , this place felt like a prison.

I got struck inside the elevator for hours at 2am up until now its 4.17 am as im writing this down. I dont know how much longer will i suffer. I think i need a refund and i eill cancel my booking for tomorrow till Sunday.

Easy check in. Agent spoke English and got us to our room fast. 200 peso card key deposit sucks but i received it back on check out. Design of hotel was nice and very boutique. Room was comfortable 26th a nice size tv.. room was insulated enough to keep out most noise. There was an event diwn below on the street. I like the balcony on the end of the hall overlooking the street. Only thing missing was bottled water in the room, acres to coffee and use of an elevator. A restaurant or bar c would be nice but many options nearby

Over all it was good the hotel did rent out our room a second time and at 11pm at night I was working up to someone trying to enter our room it was so scary being a women and there being men trying to come in . They didn’t over anything but a late check out but we couldn’t utilize that due to our flight home . But it was a ok stay . Need to clean air filters more we cleaned our own

The stay is perfect for a quick getaway. Is in the center of downtown Tijuana, so it’s close to just about everything. Major con is that the way are very thin and you can hear everything if your fellow hotel stayers are moderately loud.

The property is great. There was one front desk girl that made my stay unpleasant. Her attitude was very horrible. She was not very pleasant. I did not the way she was treating people at all.

I really like staying here but the only problem is, is very noisy and is hard to do my make up because is so dark and I think if they would put a brighter light by the mirror it would be perfect.

Centrally located on Avenida Revolución. Lofty and well kept. Very reasonable prices. Bilingual staff. Free parking and good coffee, but not in the room. Water only available for sale or cheaper at Oxxo across the street. If you want to receive visitors, staff will limit the number to only one for your entire stay. Therefore, if you plan to make Rio Rita your home in Tijuana, your friends won't be allow to visit you.
