The Oliver Hotel is a great boutique place located right off Market Square in downtown Knoxville. Lots of great restaurants to choose from, including their own. Within a mile of lots of sights. And the staff were very helpful when one of our bags were delivered close to checkout time, they gave us some more time. Parking is tricky, but they have valet service.

Everything about this stay was excellent. At one point, a staff member saw me holding an ice bag in the hallway of the floor where my room was (which did not have an ice machine), and he offered to go get the ice for me and brought it to me in my room. The room was nice and very clean. My only regret was that there was no microwave.
The location is perfect for walking downtown Knoxville. There is so much to see and do there and too many great restaurants to choose from. I would definitly stay here if I'm ever in Knoxville again.
