I love the concept of Nipponia & enjoyed staying in anEdo period home. Food was great & staff very friendly & helpful!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a renovated commercial property dating back to at least the first half of1900's, if not earlier. The rooms were very tastefully decorated, which gives it a distinctive Japanese feel, but with all modern amenities. The morning breakfast made from local, seasonal ingredients was del8cious and a great experience in itself. The staff were very friendly and dedicated, and the service was outstanding. All in all, a pleasant time. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Room are little house made mostly in wood.
My room was 2 store. Above big sleeping room with sit place.below tatami room with separate bathroom,toilet and was place.all was very clean.have wifi but no television.back in time. Food iis traditional.breakfast.tradit
