Overall great hotel. Front desk very helpful with suggestions. Rooms clean and comfortable. Bar was fun and had great variety. Valet parking was full which was a big bummer.

Wonderfully updated hotel in downtown Minneapolis. We stayed here for a concert at the US Bank stadium. It’s a 10 minute walk to the stadium. We went to Oceanaire seafood room for dinner. That was excellent and was about a 8 minute walk from the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable! We will be staying there again in the near future. Parking was only $15 for the overnight stay.

The Rand Tower is a great place to stay! Convenient location allows you to walk to most venues/restaurants! Parking ramp right next door if you drive/need a car!

I almost don’t want to give this a great review. It’s definitely a hidden gem. This is my second time staying here within two months. It’s smells so amazing when you first inter the hotel. The decor is very sexy/hip/adult. The staff is always pleasant. The rooms are very clean. Some of the rooms have vaulted cellings and an amazing views. I can’t say enough about my stay. Each time we try to venture out around the hotel. There are two store near if you need clothes, meds or snacks. Two liquor stores within walking distance if you need that sort of thing. The price is always right.

This hotel nickel and dimes you for everything. I will not choose this hotel again next time we return to Minneapolis. It’s nice, and historic. But not even basic amenities are available. The restaurants are nice, but if you have a cold and would like a cup of soup, forget it.

I didn't like that i got double charged for a room that was supposed to have a city view. It didn't. And i prepayed for the room 251 dollars. Than got charged 233 upon checking out. Not too happy.

This hotel is beautiful and conveniently connected to the Skyway. The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion come in full-sized containers, so you don’t need to pack your own. There are also multiple nice bars in the hotel.

Good room, great main resturant with good service. The room did not have coffee or body wash, pretty unusual for a high end hotel.

The room was nice and clean and amenities were good but our “city view” room was a window that looked onto an apartment building and not a skyline. The staff was okay, no parking lot so you’ll have to fight for street parking or pay for overnight parking in an expensive parking garage. No complimentary breakfast either.

Very nice rooms, bed was comfortable and shower was nice, no ducking under the showerhead. Very quiet considering we were downtown, also within walking distance of US Bank stadium.

My first room was dirty and I had to get a new one. I couldn’t get a microwave to my room after having thanksgiving food. The restaurant was amazing loved it. Staff was nice and as accommodating as they could be.

Old hotel with charm but in perfect condition and finishings. Front desk woman was very nice and helpful. Only used the bar for one drink since it was $19 and great pubs around with reasonable prices. Gym was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean modern room in a beautiful older building. Not much going on in area, this was downtown on a weekend, but that’s not why we stayed there. Great room at a reasonable price.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean, great location and the restaurants were great. Only problem was at 9am and 2pm staff were consistently knocking on my door. I answered and said I did not need service. But was ignored. I’m a womxn traveling solo, male staff tried to come into my room. They apologized after they opened the door and couldn’t get in but it’s very uncomfortable and scary that this occurred more than once.

Arrived at 3 PM for checkin. Line was out the door with probably a hundred people and two staff members, often both working on one checkin. Took 30 minutes to checkin. Felt sorry for all the people walking in while I was inline. Limited elevators for guests as well.

Overall, the rooms are nicely appointed, efficient and clean. They've been modernized appropriately, but you can still feel some classic historical architecture and touches throughout. I would recommend staying here because of the convenience of parking, walking to restaurants and on-site dining options.

Check in lines were so long (2 people working) that we arrived at 4:30 and was not able to check in until 11pm (due to concert tickets and dinner). Luckily friends had checked in so we could store our bags

Nice modern room and comfortable bed. Location is very good and within walking distance of a lot of point of interest. Self parking is available next door for $15 so you don't have to pay for valet parking. Would definitely stay again.

Very long check in lines and we did not get the king suite that we had repaid for—were sold out so instead got a cheaper corner suite. TV and remote did not work and desk was too busy to take care of this problem The Rand is a beautiful hotel but it does have issues

Loved this hotel! However the staff is very hard to get ahold of. We had to run down multiple times for random things that should’ve already been in the room. Otherwise great, food was amazing at Blondette!

My girlfriend and I quickly realized that our blankets and sheets had blood stains on them. Although we didn’t mind. Still pretty gross.
