The hotel hlwas great the staff was friendly, the gym/rock climbing company and staff rude and very vocal about their hotel drama. I was told I had a 15 dollar credit to use at the gym by the hotel
Went to use it was told unless I had a email stating I could use it I would need to pay the 15 dollars which I was fine with but needing to tell me its because the hotel never paid the rockcliming gym.

This was our first visit. Very "hip" in a sense with wall climbing, skating and yoga, cold plunge, sauna options. Cool building. In my opinion different than the traditional chain hotels. Fyi. No fridge or microwave in the room or closets but had access to a microwave. Staff front desk and bar very nice and accommodating. Construction going on during the day but quoet at night. Bed was comfortable. If you have never been to an EVO, would reccomend. Going bacl a second time a week later.
