This small, family-run hotel is surrounded by high-rise apartments and hotels but it provides clean, comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. The building is dated but reasonably maintained, and our room had a microwave, small refrigerator, bar sink, countertop, and a few plates and utensils. The six parking spaces are quite tight but for many guests that won't be an issue anyway. There is nothing glamorous or glitzy here but is well worth the cost and we would definitely stay here again.

After staying one night here last year due to a mess up in travel plans, I decided to stay here for the duration of my trip(5 nights) and had zero regrets.
The place doesn’t stand out among the bigger more well known resorts and comes across as a long resident apartment building but is everything I need when in Honolulu.
Close to best beach in the world, great Musubi and poke Bowls on the block. A short drive to Foen to Earth health food store and Foodland.
Great affordable hotel and will be back again for sure.
My only tip is call and reserve one of the few parking spots available to avoid a local garage at almost twice the cost.
