PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants. One dog maximum.
BARN & PASTURE ACCESS: This property includes access to a barn, corral, and pasture for guests traveling with horses, goats, or other domestic farm animals. Self-boarding livestock accommodations are available for a small nightly fee. Guests are responsible for all animal care and stall cleanup. Great studio pit stop with gorgeous mountain views from the prairie. Clean and easy. Away from the hustle and bustle. Nice spot for a couple or a young family.

The Llama-Stay was exactly as advertised, and such a cute space! We only stayed one night, but after getting there I wish we had stayed in Colorado longer to get to enjoy the views and the llamas longer. The space was very clean, any amenities you could need were provided, the host was very communicative and easy to get ahold of, and the llamas and mountain views did not disappoint! It was so nice to be able to be out in the country, but then just a short drive into town, so the best of both worlds and exactly what we needed for this trip. I would absolutely come back again.

Property was in a perfect location for us. We trailered our motorcycle out and was able to park truck and trailer safely with lots of room. Personal space was great and comfortable. Fun part of staying there was feeding and watching the Lama's. And enjoying the views of pasture and mountains.

I was there about 10 days. I quickly found out the tv did not work. Informed them and was told I would be put on the list for the repair person. They never repaired it. I was charged an extra 300 after i booked. (It was not listed on vrbo ) to walk into the pasture with my dogs who stay in their own climate controlled custom dog trailer. Since i arrived during a snow storm it seemed the best place however after 2 days my dogs became sick because the pasture was not kept up properly. There was manure we had to walk through at the gate thus wet snow melted in the 2 days and dogs had giardia. There was also a rectangular area where a hole had been dug, seemingly for a dead animal, It was not covered properly for the decomposition of the animal or whatever was in the hole. It was a good 6-12” lower in the rectangle and my dogs wanted to dig whatever it was up. I advised the owner / manager team the pasture was not suitable and I was unable to use it. I was then told that the 300 was just because i had the dogs. The dogs were covered prior to my booking. I am a professional. I was there for business and competition with some very expensive dogs ranging in value from 10k to 60k. They got sick, it was a bust with exception of 1 dog. And beware that the kitchen barely meets the definition, if it indeed does, of a kitchenette. Refrigerator was the small college dorm type, kitchen sink was the bathroom sink, oven was the counter top toaster oven, stove was a 2 burner counte r
