Nestled in Kawartha Lakes, this lovely cottage for $214 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 1.5HRS From Toronto, fully renovated, central heat and ac, lots of parking, fishing off dock, barrel sauna, large grassy 3 acre lot with trees surrounding property for privacy OCCUPANCY LIMIT Max of 12 adults, PLUS sleeping for 8 kids (via bunks and sofa beds). Kids under the age of 15 are not considered occupants based on Kawartha licensing requirements. MAIN HOUSE Main Level: Open concept living, dining and kitchen + 1 full bathroom Upper level: 3 spacious bedrooms + living room + access to 1 private deck via master bed and 1 deck via living room Sleeps: 6 adults on beds and 4 on sofa beds = 10 total GUEST HOUSE (entire property will be available) Games room: pool/ billiards table, combination foosball, air hockey table, ping pong, and mini pool, lots of board games, PS3 Bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with bunks, one bedroom with separate entrance to exterior. Indoor/outdoor space with massive 2 x sliding doors for accessing covered patio area. Sleeps: 8 adults on beds and 2 on sofa beds = 10 total 3 smart TV’s located in each living space for movies/games Starlink internet provided ACTIVITIES Barrel Sauna Water: kayaks x1 (seats 1 each), 1x peddle boat (seats 4) and 1 x row boat (seats 4) -> EXPLORE 2 LAKES HEAD LAKE AND RUSH LAKE Volleyball: seasonal availability Outdoor ping pong table: seasonal availability Trampoline: seasonal availability Bicycles: 2 kids and 2 adults Outdoor kids swing set and slide: seasonal availability Outdoor darts Treehouse Lots of fishing Snowmobile trails Outdoor games -> soccer, football, badminton OTHER ITEMS Beach towels not provided, life jackets provided in shed. 2 Firepit/grill, one located close to covered patio and other closer to dock-> BURN BAN FOR MONTH OF APRIL, MUNICIPALITY ENFORED GARBAGE COLLECTION -> Limit of 2 bags per 3 day stay. 3 days or more please speak to host. The place was very clean. Comfortably slept my whole group, and the amenities were great. Location is very nice, right by the lake with a great backyard. I would definitely book here again

We had a great time there. Lots of activities for kids and adults. Great outdoor area. We really enjoyed our time. When we were there the weather was great however I found a little issue if the weather was cold. The issue is that the guest house doesn’t have washroom and if during the night you need to go to washroom you must go outside to go to the main building. Other than that no problem

A group of friends met up for a bit of a reunion at this cottage, some from Ottawa and some from Toronto. The location was perfect, and the area is beautiful. The cottage itself had tons of space and privacy. We played lots of volleyball on their volleyball court. And we enjoyed the kayak and boat available. We were fortunate to have good weather,but the large covered patio and indoor activities available are amazing. The outdoor patio and firepit area is perfect for large gatherings and feels brand new. The house and guesthouse are both very nicely taken care of. Clean on arrival, comfortable beds, and nice renovations. Instructions from the host were easy to follow. Communication was never a problem (but you'll just need to use the wifi as there is not much reception in the area), Shival was always quick and polite in their response. Thank you Shival, we had a lovely time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!! The games room is excellent for indoor moments and the backyard is an oasis for outdoor time. The neighbourhood is quiet and scenic, but not way off the beaten path of grocery essentials. Lodging space is not large but certainly sufficient. Host response is quick! Overall would recommend!! One note, for most efficient check in make sure message with access codes has been received before getting within 30 min or cottage as cell service is spotty and we had a bit of difficulty with that.
