整體體驗都算唔錯。最喜歡嘅地方係酒店嘅餐飲安排，早餐非常豐富，而且每日都有變化。第一日同第二日嘅早餐內容唔同，令人有新鮮感；晚餐方面亦都一樣，兩日嘅菜式都有分別，感覺酒店喺餐飲方面有用心安排。
酒店位置亦都幾方便，距離金鱗湖大約 10 分鐘步行路程，行去溫泉街、商店街都好方便，附近環境舒服，適合慢慢散步同觀光。
不過都有幾方面希望酒店可以改善。首先，酒店入面嘅公眾溫泉比想像中細，空間感未算太理想。其次，房間入面洗臉盆嘅冷熱水水流比較弱，而且冷熱水調節唔太好，基本上試過全程都係熱水，較唔返室溫水，使用上有啲唔方便，呢方面真係需要改善。
另外，酒店提供免費咖啡呢點係好嘅，但如果可以包括其他飲品，例如茶或者普通飲用水，就會更加貼心。因為房間入面連樽裝水都需要收費，感覺上有少少唔方便。
