The place was clean and tidy
There was a strong musty smell coming from the bathroom and it smell up the whole place.

Excellent location. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. All cutlery, plates, pans etc were really clean and ready to use. Staff were easy to contact. We needed a kitchen sink plug and within 30 minutes one arrived. Great place to stay. Parking fees were refunded to my bank the next day.
Due to its location it was very noisy through the night but to be expected. Some furniture was a bit tatty, but again really clean and to be expected in a busy rental

Reasonably priced compared to other places I’d looked at, is in a good location close to the likes of Liverpool one and all amenities. The car park being literally round the corner was a definite bonus
If you can’t sleep through noise definitely do not stay as the windows might as well not be there you can hear the nightlife all night long and the fridge is very obnoxiously loud and annoying.
Bed was extremely uncomfortable especially the pillows there might as well have been no filling inside them,
the whole parking pass situation to get into the car park isn’t ideal at all it’s not exactly near the apartment when your driving as there’s a lot of streets you cannot get down so hard to find and there’s no where to park to actually collect the parking pass (you are told to quickly park outside the office) but it’s taxi ranks and a no waiting zone so if you where to get caught I bet they wouldn’t want anything to do with the fine 🤷♀️.
Paying deposit over phone although you can do it at office which if I’d have known I needed to go for pass I would have but you don’t find out the parking situation until it’s payed because giving bank card details over the phone generally isn’t considered safe I certainly didn’t feel comfortable doing so, woman on phone also very rude shouts at you down the phone when you ask her to repeat herself because I couldn’t understand what she was saying.
If your wanting somewhere very clean and well maintained and very particular I’d probably say the stay wouldn’t be for you as it does need a good few improvements I’d say 🤷♀️
Although the price was good I’d probably not stay again I’d go elsewhere but it wasn’t TERRIBLE I’d definitely just be aware of these things
