Our large group of 12 loved the 2 units we had at El Verano Suites!
We had a 2 bedroom suit and a 3 bedroom suit and both were extremely clean, comfortable and well-stocked. As a great surprise each unit had plenty of breakfast food options which worked so well for our group as we were all coming from different places and dealing with different jet lag; waking up at different times.
Communication with Ioanna before and during our reservation was timely and helpful; including setting up transport from the airport and at night from Oia back to the suites.
Note that the pools are lovely but not heated, so while the kids swam (end Oct) the adults opted out. ;)
In sum, we loved our stay and would book El Verano Suites again the next time we visit Santorini.
No fault of El Verano Suites, but there are no protected walkways to/from the accommodation so you're required to walk on the narrow shoulder of the road to get into town. (15-20 mins) Or, of course, use a car/taxi to get around - we used Santos Navigator. Our group was good to walk during the day and took cars during at night.
