Amazing view of the caldera and I loved the private plunge pool. The room is also really well designed. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Not as private as one would hope. The main reception and dining area is right above the room, so anyone looking out at the view stands just above you while you are on the balcony. This could easily be fixed by the property.

The location and the staff was exceptional (especially Joanna, Dennis, and the gentleman who delivered our food!). They provided a warm welcome and tended to our every need. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast that was delivered every day was exceptional.
The shower drain was a bit slow and the room needed more hooks/shelving to allow for unpacking and convenience. Instructions for the coffee maker would be helpful.

The second room they gave us was good
But they renovated the Place and nothing looks white anymore
First they gave us a really small room and does not look like the rooms in Booking and then when I talked to them about the room they kept insisting it’s the same thing and they didn’t change my room until the second day
