Every bit of our experience with this hotel was exceptional. The property itself is unique and stunning, the staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, and the food was delicious. Whether we needed help with booking transfers or excursions, the staff had it handled as quickly as possible, and with such a friendly attitude. The location was tucked in a quiet part of town while also being steps away from the shops, restaurants, and hiking path. We celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and wish we could come back already!

We felt so welcome and comfortable during our stay.
The location and services were brilliant.
If you’re looking for a perfect location & top service, then you can’t go wrong with Kivotos.
Of course the property & location are beautiful, but it’s the people who work within the hotel who really make it stand out.

All the staff working there were super helpful. They paid attention to the smallest details and gave us good recommendations and tips.
The sunset view was amazing! The room was big and had great amenities. A plus thing to be noted is that the toilet had a water spray!
The windows were small and not enough light can enter through the windows but I guess that is the concept of the hotel- cave like experience.
The common swimming pool is quite small.
