Stunning location, perfect view, very friendly Staff
The room in the cave is damp, you must consider this before you book it. Very nice room but a lot of humidity in there!

The style of the hotel was beautiful and the location was exceptional. The infinity pool and lounge area was beautiful, even though it was small as was my upgraded suite.
The bathroom had no ventilation, no light in the shower and the heat from the bathroom came into the bedroom.
Also waiting staff spent more time talking to other guests and not paying attention to serving me they were also often not in the restaurant area at meal times .
I had a particular experience where it wasn’t explained to me that a massage therapist was male and the treatment itself was not a high enough standard for the expensive cost with a huge lack of communication. The manager was thoughtful, but ultimately there was no compensation offered which would’ve felt appropriate.
