Arriving in Santorini and checking into this hotel was an amazing experience. We arrived just before sunset, and the views from our cave suite overlooking the sea, caldera, and sunset were absolutely incredible.
The small outdoor pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from there with completely uninterrupted views. There was plenty to do nearby, and the walk to Skaros Rock the following day, although tougher than expected, was well worth it for the breathtaking scenery.
There are several lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance, and we also ordered room service to our balcony, which was exceptional and offered great value for money.
The staff could not have done more for us throughout our stay. They helped carry our luggage to and from the car, which would have been extremely difficult given the number of steps. Each morning, breakfast was delivered to our balcony, and it was a wonderful way to start the day while enjoying the peaceful surroundings and spectacular views.
Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.
The only downside was the pool area. The pool itself could have been cleaner, and the surrounding area would benefit from some maintenance. The day bed in the corner was covered with bugs and therefore unusable during our stay, although there were other deck chairs available. Despite this, we had a fantastic stay overall.

Location is spectacular. Really the only good thing going for this hotel.
Service was lacking with bare minimum hospitality. We paid a premium for the room with an indoor pool, however the pool was cold and unusable. We notified the staff and nothing was done for over 24 hrs and the pool temperature was never rectified during our stay.
