Everything was perfect. Staff here are excellent. Great hospitality. Perfect start to our Greece trip.
Location, staff, hospitality. This is the best property I have stayed in so far.

Unbelievable views. Great location. Private. Pool and pool bar. Very helpful staff with regard to restaurant advice, sightseeing, and arranging transportation. Very responsive and proactive.
Nothing.

The location is stunning! Our room was huge and a great place to call “home” for our stay. The staff is fantastic, making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant, 5 Senses is beautiful but more importantly the food is fantastic! We did in-room dining as well. We had a couples massage with Ann and Helen (in-room) and both were fantastic! One of the best deep tissues massages I ever had with Ann and my husband, who is not a massage fanatic but had a great massage with Helen, finally understood why I like it so much🥰 Other local restaurants we tried in walking distance was Mama Lena (family place!) Avocado, great Moussaka and Veal shank. After doing the walk to Fira we went to Veranda, another great local restaurant. Views from the room and the walk were incredible!
There’s a lot of stairs but we expected that.

Astra Suites was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. The views are breathtaking, our room was beautiful, the pool was wonderful, and the food from the on-site restaurant was excellent. The property, service, and overall atmosphere made our stay in Santorini feel truly special.
We had a few issues with taxis arranged through the concierge, which caused some frustration. More importantly, I experienced a medical emergency during our stay and was directed to a medical center that did not have the ultrasound equipment I needed, resulting in an unnecessary $160 expense before I had to seek appropriate care elsewhere. I would recommend the hotel have clearer information about the capabilities of the medical facilities they refer guests to.
