Enjoyable stay with proximity to good restaurants and entertainment.

Updated decor. 3 bathrooms. Location. Adequate kitchen and bath supplies. Beds were comfortable.

Sofa bed area was not clean. Garage had wads of dog hair. Rug was worn. Not good facility for someone with disabilities due to living area being upstairs. Need to traverse stairs to go to bathroom from bottom room.

It was very comfortable and convenient. We appreciated how easy check-in and check-out was.

The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and the host provided toiletries, which were greatly appreciated. The location is pretty close to downtown, and the garage was useful for the stay.

One of the breakers for a bedroom was switched off; a minor inconvenience until we figured it out. The food disposal in the kitchen sink doesn't work. There was trash in the garage when we arrived.

Loved the shuttle and location to the strip! The beds were very comfortable and all the decorations made it feel like we were at home. Having the brewery and Grimey’s next door was a nice touch. Would definitely book again!

We wished we had a broom and cleaning products to clean up during our stay.

We found cockroaches inside of the house. The bathtubs were dirty.

Overall stay was very pleasant. Just the right distance away from the Nashville downtown area.

I like the fact that the location was in a somewhat secure area and that we were able to park the vehicle in the garage and head directly into the premises. I like that the family/entertaining area was very spacious and that the kitchen was equipped with major appliances (even though we did not cook any meals); the coffee bar was nice.

This was solely based on my personal experience: I had the bedroom on the left after climbing the stairs on the 3rd floor. I could never get the television to turn on but not sure what the issue was but feel it was related to a weak internet connection; my main interest in watching television is getting daily news, something not available since the Condo did not have cable but only had internet and could be viewed using the internet Apps; additionally, the internet connection in the family room was very weak, took a very long time to connect to any Apps; only able to connect to two Apps (Netflix and one other; we would lose the connection frequently and had to restart the tv several times. Also, the door leading to the bathroom was a sliding door that appeared to be off its hinges; it didn't appear it was something where I could put the door back on (it appeared that it needed to be reattached somehow, so it was very difficult to open and close the door to the point that we didn't close the door unless absolutely required. I believe this should and would have been obvious to anyone who cleaned the Condo after the previous tenants and should have been repaired prior to our arrival. Other than these minor issues it was a very nice, clean place to stay.
