Poco, giusto la posizione della struttura (che tuttavia era stata scelta apposta in relazione all'attività che dovevamo svolgere a Milano).

Appartenenente alla catena "Easy Life*, l'alloggio è in un condominio di ringhiera, tipico della vecchia Milano.
Innanzitutto, alloggio era sporchissimo.
Le pulizie vengono evidentemente appaltate a personale terzo, esterno che le esegue in modo assolutamente superficiale e approssimativo, girando attorno alle cose.
Ed "Easy Life" non esegue alcun controllo qualità.
È bastato spostare il ventilatore (che era letteralmente incollato al pavimento per lo sporco) per trovarci sotto chiazze nere di materia lurida.
Fatta la foto e mandata al gestore, si sono scusati offrendosi di restituire le 71 euro previste per le spese di pulizia, come effettivamente poi hanno fatto.
E comunque il resto dell'alloggio era tenuto "pulito" con la stessa filosofia (tanto per dire, lo scarico dei lavandini della cucina e del bagno erano intasati di ogni cosa; è stato necessario acquistare NOI un flacone di Idraulico Liquido e una ventosa per ripulirli).
Assolutamente pessimo. E anche abbastanza schifoso.
Poi, l'ingresso alla struttura avviene attraverso due portoni mediante delle combinazioni di codici. Che non funzionano. Al decimo tentativo andato a vuoto li abbiamo chiamati. Easy Life non si degna però di rispondere al telefono tramite operatore umano, ma si palesa esclusivamente tramite messaggi whatsapp, che ti dicono di ripetere le combinazioni di codici (che non funzionano).
Alla fine siamo riusciti ad entrare solo perché altri condomini sono usciti, lasciandoci cortesemente la porta aperta per entrare.
Altrimenti, fosse stato per Easy Life, saremmo ancora lì. Non vorrei essere nei panni di chi dovesse arrivare lì nel cuore della notte...
Altra perla: abbiamo segnalato che il miscelatore del bidet non funzionava, perché su qualsiasi posizione faceva uscire acqua ustionante. Ci hanno risposto (ovviamente, sempre via whatsapp) che avrebbero mandato un manutentore.
