About this house rental
2 bedroom guest house with private pool, free access to boat launch and fishing pier, and ample off-street parking for multiple cars, boat trailer or RV. Ideal location for sports tournaments, Gulf Shores , Orange Beach and Foley Sportplexes.All within five mile radius.
Guest house is on a large plot of land in a quiet neighborhood in Gulf Shores. Outlet shopping, white sand beaches, delicious seafood restaurants, and multiple amusement parks (OWA, The Track, Waterville USA) are just a short drive away.
The space
2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sitting area, kitchen, breakfast nook, large living room. Queen bed in one bedroom and bunk beds in second bedroom. Bathroom is jack and jill style with direct access from both bedrooms. The private pool is located directly in front of the house and includes shaded outdoor seating.
Guest access
Access to property is via a large private driveway separate from the main house with ample off-street parking. There is space for multiple vehicles, trailer with boat or jet skies, or an RV.
1 block away from the house is a boat launch and small fishing pier (for exclusive use by neighborhood residents and guests).
Other things to note
You can also take a day trip to the historic town of Fairhope or ride the Fort Morgan Ferry to Dauphin Island where you can enjoy unique shopping and dining experiences.
