We strive to create a welcoming "home away from home" experience for every guest. Indulge in the convenience of our house amenities, complimentary 2 slots of parking at front and Wi-Fi access at no charge. There is no where you can find the similar house in downtown of Boston. You'll have exclusive access to the entire first floor of the house, where central air condition/ center heat system strategically placed air vents ensure optimal comfort in every room. Please note that our apartment is part of a multifamily property, and your unit is located on the first floor. To kickstart your mornings, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, and continental breakfast items, ensuring a delightful start to your day. @Access instruction: - Two parking lots on premise are reserved for the guests - Basement level that has a dryer and washer with coin. There is an instruction how to use the washer and dryer there, please kindly take a moment to read. - Keypad is equipped on the building entrance and the unit entrance. @NOTE: - ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. **NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. Quiet time after 10:00pm. Please be respectful to the neighborhood, no loud talking is allowed on decks after 10:00 PM. Please note, if you are loud after quiet hours or caught having unannounced guests over, your reservation may be terminated immediately at my discretion and you will not be refunded. **Guests agree to book under the understanding that the hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises, and that the hosts are not responsible for the loss of guests' personal belongings or valuables and that, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm to themselves arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise. -Any visit from the local police department will result in immediate eviction without refund. **Please check house rules listed above, you are agreeing to all of them above when you make the reservation** There are security cameras OUTSIDE ONLY around the house for safety reason (entrance, parking, back yard if yes)

Stay was nice. Jenny was very pleasant. We were unaware of a decibel meter in the home that measured how much noise we were making. This helped us prevent being too loud for our neighbors but I wish I was aware of it before. Jenny did a great job communicating with us and helping us.

We were in Boston for our first time and for the wedding of our oldest. Jenny was easy to work with. She responded to questions quickly. We stayed in the beautifully remodeled and decorated 1st floor apartment. The hot water heater was wonderful. We had a number of showers back to back, no cold or even warm showers, plenty of hot water. Do to food allergies, we have to do a lot of cooking. The kitchen was well equipped. There were a couple things we purchased at the dollar store, because they are not usually needed by most cooks. Considering the responsiveness of Jenny, she probably would have dropped them off if we had asked. My only suggestion would be to let guests know the laundry was coin operated. We should have checked the first day. So it was on us that we had to scour through purses and jacket pockets the night before check out. We scored enough quarters to wash and dry a load! Due to unexpected circumstances, we ended up only staying overnight. We arrived late at night and left in the morning, so I really can't speak to the neighborhood. What I can say is the place was really beautiful inside, and most importantly, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was not super well-stocked but it didn't matter to us as we had to leave right away. I would definitely stay there again.

My daughter, friends, and I were in Boston for the Aerosmith concert. This property was the perfect location for being close to Fenway. It was also great for access to the commuter train - a stop is about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. It was easy to get to from the airport, as well. Jenny was great with communication. Overall, a great place!
