About this house rental

Situated in Greenbrae, this lovely house for $895 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. *NEW* split air units in each bedroom -- for A/C or Heat!) In the flats of Greenbrae, our 4100 sq ft home will be your perfect getaway. We have central heating as well as individual split air systems in each bedroom that can provide both A/C and heat. We have 4bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two BONUS dormer rooms (dormer rooms have no doors). One dormer room has two twin beds. There is no door (hence it being a dormer) but we have a pressure rod and blackout curtain we can put up for you. We can set up an air mattress in the second dormer if needed. We can sleep 10 in beds -- including the two twins in the dormer. And 12 w/ an air mattress. The sun-drenched open plan kitchen looks out over the backyard and pool. We are very active bakers and cooks and have pretty much every utensil, cookware and baking pan you'd need for any kind of meal or dessert. The eating areas flow seamlessly through French doors to a spacious dining room & living room. Our home is walking distance to some great shopping (a Molly Stones supermarket is just across Sir Francis Drake - less than a 5-minute walk!) shops and eateries (Gotts Roadside, Lovin' Cup for ice cream, SweetGreens for fabulous salads, Oyama for sushi, Peets Coffee and so much more). Or you can be on the ferry to San Francisco, or the freeway to wine country, in minutes. The Larkspur ferry to SF is about 1 mile away and we're a 40 min drive to the Sonoma Plaza square and ~50 min to Napa. You'll have access to the entire house and yard except for the garage and a few closets we'll lock off for our personal belongings.

Beautiful home in a great location. We enjoyed the yard and the kitchen is phenomenal with everything a needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. It's close to shopping and the ocean.

Excellent property and experience! Location is central, convenient, and quiet. Communication and conscientious of owner is excellent. Backyard pool area is outstanding. We will be back!
