Nestled in View Park-Windsor, this attractive house for $2,080 per night is a great choice for your next break. Exquisite modern townhouse, 4BR/4BA, brand new construction, full amenities, in-unit washer dryer, 4 x Smart TVs in unit, Cable Channels and Streaming Service through Spectrum TV app., Centrally located; easy access to majority of tourist attractions. This unit is not suitable for any type of gatherings/events. All guests are obligated to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking. This 3-story town house is comprised of 3 master suites (each with it's own private bathroom) and a 4th bedroom with access to the common bathroom in hallway. One master bedroom is located on the ground floor. 2nd floor contains the kitchen, living room and a bedroom, 3rd floor is where the other 2 master bedrooms are located. The unit has its own private entrance from the front yard, is equipped with hot water, central AC, 4x smart TVs, full kitchen (stove, microwave oven, fridge, etc.) and an island counter . The bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds and mattresses (Queen beds) This unit comes with TWO (2) off-street parking only. Should the guests have more than two cars, street parking is free but challenging. Once your car is parked, locate your unit’s entry door in the front yard. (It’s the right one marked with number 2335) Use your passcode that we will send you on the day of your check-in and hit the “Check” icon on the smart lock to gain access inside the unit. Welcome! The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequent as possible to address their needs. Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day. Safe and friendly neighborhood, the house perimeter, however is equipped with smart lights and surveillance system for security purposes. The host is not responsible for ANY complications happening outside the perimeter of the advertised private unit, guests are responsible to do their own research of different neighborhoods in LA and make sure this location fits their purpose. The guests are to respect the quiet hours after 10:00 pm to contribute to the peaceful neighborhood, any violation that leads to complaints from neighbors or involvement of the authorities, would be reflected directly on the guest's account and shall be legally pursued. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants, less than 15 minutes to Santa Monica beach, 10 minutes to Downtown LA, less than 20 minutes to Los Angeles Airport (LAX), close to public transportation. This townhome is very clean and nice. The neighborhood is not the best but we had no problems. We were thrilled with the distance to all things LA: Santa Monica, Venice Beach, LAX, Hollywood, La Brea & museums, downtown la, Little Tokyo and Citadel outlet mall were all only 15-25 min away! Management company was super responsive. They left us shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, soap, cooking oil and spices which is SO nice.
