We were upgraded free of charge to an ecolodge at Dar Hnini as they were carrying out renovations at the Kasbah, Mohamed and Youssef were wonderful hosts and very good with the children. The lodges were outstanding and very comfortable, with a private plunge pool attached, and fresh dates in the garden! The grounds are astonishingly beautiful, and the pool was stunning. Very good food and hospitality, we will definitely stay again. They were very kind and provided me with a tour of the kasbah, which I really appreciated. Thank you!

A little paradise. By luck, and because Kasbah Hnini was undergoing renovation, we had the chance to stay at Dar Hnini for one night. Everything was beautiful – the gardens, the accommodation, the atmosphere and the service. A very special place where you immediately want to slow down and stay longer.
Nothing about the property itself. Unfortunately, we only had one night and therefore no real time to explore the surrounding area or simply enjoy the place for longer. Next time, we would definitely stay a few nights.

A good stopover after the heat and basic infrastructure of the desert.
Kasbah Hnini is beautifully furnished, with air-conditioned rooms – everything is lovely. The door lock is like something out of the old days :-)
The service was excellent, polite, and they even carried luggage despite you didn't need it.
The food was okay. The typical Moroccan salad was very good and well-seasoned (we would call it vegetables: pepperoni, sweet potato, eggplant). The meat from the tagine was dry, stringy, and lacked salt (Note: we generally expected more spice from Moroccan cuisine; Kasbah Hnini was like many other places in Morocco).
Surroundings: A beautiful palm oasis with cultivated fields. It was interesting to see grain being planted in the shade.
The village seems very poor; it feels like 95% of the transportation is by donkey. The village is partly ruined, partly inhabited (see the rooftop photo).

Decorating/clean/staff
Mosquito / I comes from the country that has mosquitoes much more than here but all of hotel never has the mosquito and well manage even in the bed room. Difficult to sleep!
