De algemene indruk was goed en netjes. Ruime indeling, voldoende linnengoed, keukengerei en servies aanwezig. Het zwembad was zalig, zeker tijdens de zeer warme dagen.
Helaas werd er pas na de betaling verteld dat er geen airco was (stond wel in de omschrijving). Hiervoor werd een oplossing geboden doormiddel van ventilatoren en luchtkoelers (deze werkten niet voldoende). Hierover gecommuniceerd, maar toezeggingen zijn niet nagekomen.
Helaas was de beschreven patio geheel niet aanwezig, dat was jammer daar we hierdoor geen eigen plekje hadden waar we samen buiten konden zitten.

Silence, nature
Long fixing of airconditioning. It is not related with our stay itself but crew who was fixing air conditioning in whole building was doing it sooooo long and it was quite funny looking on them how they are „working” :)

Bellissimo appartamento, forse un po' troppo isolato ma questo è anche il suo bello, immerso nella natura, nella pace e nel silenzio.
Unica pecca la strada per arrivare, sconnessa e piena di buche, davvero scomoda.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment.
Great pool.
Booked this apartment because it had air conditioning, but it wasn’t working. Fans had been provided, but they were ineffective. There was a red heat alert for Tuscany for our stay, and as this apartment is on the top floor of the building in the roof space, the heat was unbearable. WeTuscany did offer to move us to their only other available accommodation, but it didn’t have a pool and so wasn’t suitable for our family.
No nearby outside space. Can’t enjoy a coffee or eat a meal outside unless walk to tables near to the pool. In reality, that’s too far. Could easily be created by dividing the unused outside space for the apartment below (number 2).
Set in beautiful countryside, but you only see this on the drive to the apartment. The trees surrounding the whole property obscure the scenery (see attached photo of view is San Gimignano from living room!).
Had issues with pool filter system breaking, but this was quickly resolved.
The track is a 1.8km / 7 minute bumpy ride. Would recommend considering this when hiring a car.
