Located in Kure Beach, this charming house for $325 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to On Kure Time. We are excited to add this luxury town home to our A1 inventory. This home was built in 2020 and was never intended to be a rental. The owner has furnished it with beautiful high-end furnishings, smart TV's, the best mattresses, custom finishes throughout the home, and it is in pristine condition! There are 3 levels with an elevator for your convenience. We offer 3 bedrooms and an office that has a twin bunk bed for the kids. On the first floor, you will find a spacious king bedroom decorated in soothing coastal colors with a ceiling fan and smart TV. Adjacent is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo finished with custom tile and granite countertops. Located on this floor is an extra room/office set up with a twin bunk bed and a wall mounted smart TV & desk. As you make your way to the second floor, you will find a large primary suite. It includes a ceiling fan, smart TV, desk area if you need to work and an outdoor balcony for relaxing. There is a spacious en suite bathroom with a custom tile walk in shower in the shades of the sea, granite counter tops, double sinks and a separate toilet area. Your walk in closet provides plenty of space for your clothing and luggage. The second bedroom on this floor has two full size beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo also with custom tile and granite. The third floor welcomes you to a beautiful open floor plan which is perfect for big family dinners, board games or movie watching on the large TV. Once again, the serene coastal colors and upscale furnishings set the tone for a place where you can completely relax. In the garage you will find more amenities to complete your perfect stay. A gas grill, surf boards, beach chairs and a beach wagon. The ocean is right across the street and the beach access is a short four-minute walk. There is parking for a total of three cars - one in the garage and two in the driveway. Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM This is a no smoking, no pets property. You must be at least 25 years old to enter into a rental contract Primary bedroom - king Second primary bedroom - king Bedroom 3 - two full beds Bedroom 4 / Office - two twin beds We provide sheets, bath towels, bed spreads, pillows & blankets.

This condo was so very nice . The owners supply such much of what you need for the beach. Short walk to the beach. You can tell that the owners have gone out of their way to make sure you have a nice stay. We so enjoyed our stay there.

We really enjoyed the stay, it was very clean, everything was in good working order. We enjoyed the bikes, the gas grill, the beach chairs and beach wagon was a huge plus! The decor was beautiful and spacious! Overall very satisfied with our stay. Other than having to feel stressed in the morning upon waking up and complete the very long checklist of cleaning and chores to do and have to be out of the house by 10, (too early), the stay was very enjoyable. Only suggestion would be less chores and a kinder checkout time.

The property was great. Only suggestions is please give more than 1 towel per guest. And the double room should have more than 1 per bed. Other than that we would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our short getaway at this very nice townhouse. Clean and pretty short walk to beach access. All the beach equipment and extras provided were convenient. Would return.

The house is beautiful and looks like new. We did have an issue with the TV at check in but the property company sent someone immediately to help us even on a Sunday night. The elevator came in handy for getting groceries to the third floor and also a mother who has a few miles on her. There was a grill and multiple propane tanks we were able to use for cooking low country boil. The home is located just a block from the beach and close to Wilmington and Southport by ferry. Kure is quaint and quiet and has everything you need to enjoy time with your family, especially in this lovely home.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, everything you need to have a relaxing vacation within the oceans view. Large spacious rooms my family , (3 adult children, one spouse and 4 granddaughters had plenty of space. Everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach down to chairs, towels, toys, wagon plus plus plus more. We absolutely love it here and are already planning our next visit. Don't pass this one by.
