There is no exception to this rule *Minimum Age requirement to rent this property is 25 years old *Guests are responsible for adhering to proper garbage routines including sorting and rolling garbage & recycling to and from the curb during their stay. *There is a maximum number of 4 cars allowed to be parked on-premise *Jacuzzi on the property is not operational for guest use currently *Applicable City Noise Ordinance is strictly enforced and parties are NOT permitted *Furniture and added amenities are in as-is condition and at the discretion of the property owner. *This is a non-smoking property *EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. ***Security Camera: Please note there are exterior security cameras on the property front and back that will be on during guests stay and cannot be tampered with or damaged while guests are staying at the property. Guest Access: Guests are renting a private home in its entirety and will have access to all amenities available. There are two locked closets inside the house that is off-limits to all guests. I would like to that property manager was great!!! We need some plumbing help and they were on it right away. I would like to stay there again as it was quiet, easy to get to, and nice set up. We did find a couple of cockroachs the plants inside and out were dying, hot tub broken,bathtub did not drain easily as lever broken, towel bars needed cleaning, bathroom window latch needs tightening. Panel by pool off and wooden deck screws danger to feet.

Beautiful home, mid-century style, amazing pool/outdoor area. Host is top notch! Plenty of great food spots with in walking distance. Ran out of superlatives for this property!

This lovely property was perfect for our short get away. The house was just the right size and the pool and outdoor areas were just what we were looking for. We will be back next year!

The pool is the nicest part! The waterfall is stunning although it was closed for much of our stay of 2 days. The hot tub is also wonderful. The property is well kept n very clean. The whole manor was well supplied n a great haven to escape to! Great couches n eating areas! Only issue was we couldn’t use outdoors at night cuz we didn’t find the light switch n maintenance only got in touch with us when we were almost leaving.

We loved the house, it's décor, the pool, outdoor seating and TV area PLUS the outdoor showers, all wonderful! The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being really dirty and had a lot of rocks on the seats and feet area. When I asked to have it cleaned so we could use it, the property manager rep responded right away which was fabulous! The tech came out to fix it then realized it did turn on/work. He got in touch with the manufacturer to get assistance to fix the machine but in the week we were there the repair couldn't happen. Overall, loved the house and the privacy fences all the way around the property were amazing!!!
